- Delivery usually takes between 3-15 business days. Delivery times are significantly faster in Europe.
Shipping Carriers:
- We use reputable carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

Customers in Cyprus
Customers located in Cyprus may request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order. This applies to eligible items that are not being returned due to a manufacturing defect. In cases where products arrive defective, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order, or else they will not be able to return or exchange their product. Exchanges and refunds are only eligible for customers who pay online. Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
Returned items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In their original condition
- Accompanied by all original tags, labels, and packaging
International Customers
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
For customers outside Cyprus, returns and refunds are only accepted for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To qualify for a return:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Clear photographic evidence of the defect or issue must be provided
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Intimate apparel
- Swimwear
- Earrings

For customers in Cyprus, eligible items may be exchanged within the applicable return period.
