Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At LookFemale, we strive to provide a positive shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy carefully before placing an order.

Customers in Cyprus

Customers located in Cyprus may request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order. This applies to eligible items that are not being returned due to a manufacturing defect. In cases where products arrive defective, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order, or else they will not be able to return or exchange their product. Exchanges and refunds are only eligible for customers who pay online. Exchanges are allowed only once per order.  

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • Accompanied by all original tags, labels, and packaging

International Customers

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

For customers outside Cyprus, returns and refunds are only accepted for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To qualify for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Clear photographic evidence of the defect or issue must be provided
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Intimate apparel
  • Swimwear
  • Earrings

How to Request a Return

  • Clear photo evidence (if applicable)

If your request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchange Policy

For customers in Cyprus, eligible items may be exchanged within the applicable return period.

For international customers, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Important Information

Unless otherwise required by law, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference regarding style, fit, or color
