Shipping policy

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
• Delivery usually takes between 3-15 business days. Delivery times are significantly faster in Europe.

Shipping Carriers:

• We use reputable carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

 

Cash on delivery orders: 

Customers who place an order using the cash on delivery payment method are obliged to pay 20% of their total order value in advance. A payment link will be sent to them via SMS or email for them to pay using their preferred way of payment. We will not proceed in the shipment of goods until full payment is made. The remaining order value will be paid normally to the courier upon delivery.

Θα τους αποσταλεί ένας σύνδεσμος πληρωμής μέσω SMS ή email για να πληρώσουν χρησιμοποιώντας τον προτιμώμενο τρόπο πληρωμής. Δεν θα προχωρήσουμε στην αποστολή των προϊόντων μέχρι να γίνει η πλήρης πληρωμή. Η υπόλοιπη αξία της παραγγελίας θα καταβληθεί κανονικά στον courier κατά την παράδοση.
