We ship worldwide. Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want. Delivery takes between 7-12 business days. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.

• We only accept returns in case the product is defective, provided with picture proof. 
• You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
• Original tags, labels, and packaging (if applicable) must be included.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of intimate apparel, swimwear, or earrings.

We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Orders can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in their original condition.
